After ten years of silence, Toxie's back! With his overweight sidekick, Lardass! After the terrible Diaper Mafia has taken everyone in the Tromaville shcool for the very special hostage, Toxie and Lardass go to the scene of the crime to stop this madness, unknowingly that its all a trap to blow them up. When the explosion accurs, Tromaville and its doubleganger Amortville get's weakend, sending Toxie to Amortville and the evil Toxie, The Noxios Offender to Tromaville. While Noxie kills virtully everyone in Tromaville, Toxie tryes to get home with the help of Sweety Honey, Tito the Retarted Rebel and Chester the cocksucking scientist. Meanwhile the Mayor of Tromaville gets a leage of Superhero's to stop Noxie. Sgt.Kabukiman leads the team of Super Heros wich are Mad Cow Boy, Dolphin Man, Mastor Bator and The Vibrator. But while Toxie is in Amortville, the evil Noxie takes a little swing at Sarah, Toxie's wife, and she get's pregnant with two childs, one who appears to be from Toxie and another who appears to be from Noxie (thanks to dr.Kinky Finkelstein a.k.a. Corey Fieldman who explained everything). Will Toxie ever get back? What ungrown fetish in Sarah's stomach will come out victorius? Will Kabukiman ever stop drinking? Yes, many questions are asked in the greates and goriest Troma film ever created.

Not to worry. They sucked! So declares a stirring Stan Lee voiceover heralding our hero of super-human size and strength that culminates with the apologetic declaration: "THIS is the REAL sequel!!!" When unsavory members of the Diaper Maffia storm Tromaville's school for the "very special" and begin machine-gunning slow-witted, taco-gorging hostages, Toxie and faithful ward Lardass swoop in to permanently stink-can these dastardly diapers by hyper-gruesome means suchliterally cramming a dude's head up his hiney. During the blood-splattered melee, plot rears its hideous mug when a budget defying explosion craters the school creating a dimensional rift that rockets The Toxic Avenger into evil, evil Amortville and his demonic doppelganger, The Noxious Offender, into the peaceful, yet bizarro tranquility of Tromaville. While Toxie struggles to peaceably adjust in an appearance obsessed culture, Noxie immediately yanks off the arms of the police chief and demonstrates a murderous<br/><br/>This outing, the longsuffering hulk beneath four-hours of Avenger latex is one David Mattey who apparently never grasped the trials he'd have to weather in this exercise in guerilla filmmaking. Suchthe indignity of having his voice REPLACED after filming in favor of more FM-hewn pipes (Clyde Lewis). Doesn't much matter anyway because Paul Kyrmse steals the flick with his inspired comedic anticsa cowardly, booze-addled Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD. As Chester and Lardass, CineSchlocker idol Joe Fleishaker delivers the tour de farce performances of HIS hefty career. Jiggling newcomer Heidi Sjursen, clearly a method actress, adeptly uses blindnesssufficient motivation to never FIND a bra in her titillating turnToxie's baby's mama. As the film says at the start, this is the real sequel…. i like lots of things about Toxie 2&3 but 4 blows them both out of the water, this is a classic piece of Troma, a must see film !!!<br/><br/>If you don't like blood, guts and "special students"… i don't suggest you watch this film, if you're intelligent enough to understand the social satire nature of Troma movies then i highly recommend you watch it.
Any buyer who's had success with Troma fare in the past will find the makings to delight the self-selecting audience that generates grosses from gross-out humor.
To achieve an R-Rating over 20 minutes of material had to be cut from the original version. Both versions have been released in the USA on DVD.
